Trevor's Greens is a small-batch microgreen farm — pea shoots, sunflower, broccoli, radish, beet, amaranth, and onion, grown from 100% organic seed and harvested to order. No cold storage, no middleman, no week-old greens.

Tendril-curled and sweet, closest thing to fresh peas in leaf form. Great raw by the handful.
Thick stems and a nutty bite — holds up well in sandwiches and won't wilt under dressing.
Mild, slightly peppery, and dense with the same compounds as full-grown broccoli heads.
A sharp, spicy kick that wakes up salads, tacos, eggs, and avocado toast.
Mild and earthy with a vivid rosy color — a pretty, gentle addition to bowls and wraps.
Deep magenta leaves with an earthy, beet-like flavor. A garnish that does double duty as color.
